To Mr. J.T., One should not look at the initial stock swap and compare market prices. NUOA brings much to the table for FXWA (two casinos and a five star luxury hotel). On the other hand, FXWA gives NUOA exposure to the U.S. casino market and a way to get nationally listed. FXWA shares are tightly held and will remain that way at least until the stock can become nationally listed. Both parties win IMHO. Ted
