BOWMAR and ELECTRONIC DESIGN filed with the SEC on September 2 the proxy material for the merger. Stockholders of record August 14 can vote on the proposal. On a proforma basis revenue for the next full year should approach $70,000,000.00 with earnings at about $.30 a share.
