There appears to be some light large block accumulation of the stock. Nothing that noteworthy, but an apparent change from what I have seen in the past. No one yet willing to step up and purchase this stock. For each set of transactions that move the price up, a larger transaction comes along that moves the price back down to 4 1/4.

There was no rush of buy (or sell) orders at open of any significance to take advantage of these "bargain basement" prices on a day the market has moved up 300 points. I do believe that what little effect we saw the market have on this stock when both were dumping may have ended. Percentage wise we see a 5% increase in the price of this stock today which is a whole 1/4 of a point.
