As usual, the big money is going to make even bigger money, and the small investor will be wishing they had gotten in at the ground floor. Well, not every small investor, since we have a number of them here :-) Here we have a company with contracts that will have blowout numbers when the revs start streaming in. My own conservative estimate, as I posted earlier, is that this announcement by itself is worth 25 cents per share in earnings, and I suspect it is realistically worth 3 to 4 times that.
This Russian announcement was a contract that took 3-4 months to close, but that we had a preview of from earlier announcements. Now look at what else we have previews about, and crank in contracts yet to be announced, the German contract, the Indonesian contract, the Middle East contract, etc etc, and we are possibly sitting on several dollars per share in earnings.
Once we get listed, of course, the float will have to increase, but I suspect Jimmy will be doing this without dilution to us who have been holding long and whitstanding a whole lot. So what we have here is a ground floor opportunity, which is still not well known outside relatively small groups, and for which the deep institutional pockets can not yet invest because it is not fully reporting.
Once the filings are done, and DGIV is listed, this will go from a "high risk - high payoff" investment into a "medium risk - medium payoff" investment, and eventually, when it matures, it will become a "low risk - low payoff" investment. The reason the payoff will decrease is because the share price will appreciate to a level conmensurate with the cash cow that Digitcom will become. As usual, this is all JMHO, since I don't even have a psychic :-) |
