Thanks for the link, haven't had a chance to read it yet but I will. I must admit I'm beginning to think you're a conspiracy theorist? Do you enjoy the X-files? As for your description of a "safe French hospital" isn't that a contradiction in terms? (:-)

I don't know about Togo, but I'm sure the situation in Ghana is just a temporary prudent step in response to threats. We've got pretty good relations with Ghana, it's also one of the economic bright spots in Africa and Clinton made a point of visiting it on his recent trip to Africa. I know some businessmen that work/live in Ghana and things are relatively stable.
