I've had it in my neighborhood, north of San Diego, for almost a year. Haven't moved on installation yet. Everyone else that I've talked to speaks highly of it.

One business user reports that data rates slow down to 200kb when the network is busy. He, however confirms that big downloads, one moving will go at 2Mb. Interestingly enough, his wife is using the cable service for videoconferencing -- something that you couldn't conceive of with dial-up.
