Djane, I notice that in one of the bold face sections a
banker states that the acquiring company does not want to
pay a 110-percent premium on the price of the company to
be acquired...assuing that this statement was made with
asnd somewhere in the low 30's,does this give us a good
hint that asnd will be bought out at 60+ bucks a share?
