The 12/30/96 issue of Forbes features a rather unfavorable story (p. 68-69) on KLOC. The article discusses mgmt.'s propensity to issue more and more stock to finance its operating needs, diluting the value of the stock.

As a shareholder, I'm hopeful that they can string together some more profitable quarters, but again, dilution can kill a lot of EPS growth rather quickly.

The banner above the title of the article was rather clear in the approach of the article - 'Distributors keep buying Kushner Locke's productions, but only suckers keep buying its stock.'

Does the co. care to prove Forbes wrong?
