Yesterday, I watched Reuters editing headlines:
(i) Mikosava says G-m did not hint at cutting rate, just said raise is not likely
(ii) Mikozava says G-m says rate increase not likely, cut hinted
(iii) Mikosave says G-m hints at cutting rates

no kidding - and other headlines edited like that too ...
