Appears like the time to buy puts or write some covered calls was this morning. Market internals are failing fast. I just got home for lunch and can't help but notice many stocks opened higher with many gapping at the open only to trend lower as the day goes on. On thing which really concerns me is that advance decline ratio. It was much better about 45 minutes ago and is deteriorating quickly.

So much for the averages, individual issues are more fun and mostly unaffected by averages. Another pick with some promise is catp. It has already broken down, but most stocks which break as it has just keep going. If I were to play this one, I would sell calls and use the proceeds to buy many puts since it has already established a clear trend.

cof still looks like it has lots of fat to cut. It sure is volatile though. I was hoping to establish a position above 95, but it just didn't quite make it.

Lots of opportunities out there. good luck
