The focus may be better directed towards Zaparra and his current and
past relationship with the company.
Did Zaparra or company receive 414,000 shares to promote the company?
What about the $25,000 check from the company? Was it used to move the
market value of shares?
Is the company out $50,000?
At this early point I believe the company may be real, but the
information must be looked at closely.

Can you expound upon your post dated March 27th, it appears that you were aware of Wellrich's claims to a $50K commision fee then, weren't you?
How did Zapara obtain his shares Mr. tonto? When did Mr. Schurer leave Wellrich? How intimate is your relationship with Mssrs. Mork, Zapara, Charlie and Marcassi? Who supplied Ms. Shell and Mr. Mitchell with the fabricated stories of a judgement and arbitration hearing between AZNT and Wellrich? Can Wellrich sell stock without a licensed securities dealer/broker? If you were aware of Wellrich's involvement as early as March 27th, why haven't you shared it with this thread? Who gave you insider information?
