Resource America is officially selling for under book value, $4.00 of which is cash. Still earning around $1.50/share. I think at under $10 per share, they made the transition from a good buy to an excellent buy. I did have to buy almost as much as I could spare here. I'm not margined yet, which probably puts me in a lot better position than a large number of investors. If it drops a couple of points from here, I will definitely be margined.
