was the amendment (1938?) of Clayton Sec. 2 that made it more specific and hard to escape. FTC doesn't like to enforce it recently, but it is a cause for private enforcement.

If Intel favored one box maker and disadvantaged another it would, by definition, "substantially lessen competition or tend to create a monopoly."
