Gotcha! Thanks David. So, even it only increased by 1/2...say, to 1 1/2 or 1 3/4, on Texaco news, it would still most likely be a $10 stock a year from now....just to pick hypothetical figures here...... Actually, using this scenario, it wouldn't even matter much if the announcement didn't come until November or December. Or, even, one could just put RNTK on a watch list and then invest at a later date, rather than tie up money now in a more or less dead zone....I guess it would all more or less depend on personal goals, money management style, etc, etc....all the differences that make the world run.....
