When stocks are dropping so fast that most investors are beginning to wet their pants, it usually means we're approaching a bottom. Here we are only a few days after the most recent plunge, and most investors are still putting up a brave front even though we seemed to be close to Pamper Time during Monday's closing hour. For this reason, we'd bet there will be more bloodletting before the Diaper Theory signals a buying juncture. Even so, it may be time to start nibbling.
