Good Morning Ron,

Thanks for the welcome. I was wondering why you think the new Atlanta Gold company would move up along with NewCo. At that point Atlanta would have only the gold property in Idaho and no real link with the Indo properties. Also, in your discussions with AAG did a ballpark figure ever come up on what AAG thought the new Atlanta shares with the Idaho property would trade at? Assuming that the Idaho property is still at the same stage of development as now, it would seem like the shares would have to be valued at only a fraction of what AAG is at now, i.e. considerably less than 0.60?
