The era of <0.25um logic chips is here: hardwarecentral.com From the Matrox G200, I knew that these newer graphic chips should really not be done in 0.35um. But looks like even 0.25um is not enough - the Savage has 0.25um and users still need to add fans! Probably Intel starting next Q1 will be mass producing with <0.2um, with IBM right there. I agree with Wilf, the shortage will start next Q2. patrick
