Looking at their balance sheet... this seems to be a clean shell, no long term debt, they've kept up their filings. They do have 65+ million shares outstanding, of 75 authorised. I'm surprised that they still have some shareholder equity left. I'm too used to seeing negative values <g>. I'll dig into their older filings once I get some time. But off the cuff, this reminds me of another stock we're both in, Milk. What are you thinking? -Tony
