Have you heard this little gem ? .....

"From a good journalist source:

Dr Mahathir apparently has been rattled by Special Branch (internal
security police) surveys which show that 70% of people do not believe the allegations against Anwar. He has today held a meeting with all UMNO divisional leaders telling them that they have a large budget to spend on spreading the word on Anwar to the people. Thus Anwar's arrest might now be delayed.

Mahathir's people are also promising massive injections of liquidity that it is claimed will bring the KLCI up to the 1,000 level soon.

Meanwhile the crowds at Anwar's house grow larger -- 6,000 last night,
representing Malaysians from different ethnic groups, mainly young, many from the professional class."

So it looks like the Mad Hatter's plan is not as cunning as he thought.

Strange, eh?
