To all DACQ Shareholders: I just got home and noticed an inordinate amount of SAC-bashing on the board tonight. Ia am so sorry that my fact-finding expedition these last few weeks has caused such a commotion. After careful consideration I have decided that the best course of action under the circumstances is to share with you the information I have gathered so far, starting with an e-mail i received from Enrique Herrera, a board member of the Bolivian Securities Exchange. However, you must all realize that all the information posted here is conjecture and hearsay. The information following the letter is on public record.
