Patrick has been beseiged with phone calls and that is why I did not hear back. They have no idea why this selling is coming in. Assume it is market makers. There is supposed to be some good news coming out over the next few days. There is no reason for this sell off!! Buying should come back in once these sellers are out. Understand there was a good report from Wall Street West. Regarding lawsuit: the fees are capped in total ... that means that a certain amount of cash payments were made for fees and expenses, the balance is on a reasonable contingency. If we don't win ... we don't pay anymore!!
