Yeah, should be interesting. The big downside that I'm seeing is that the company has apparently been looking for another company since 1986 (!). (re the 97 annual report) I would think that if they were serious about finding a merger they could by now. On the other hand, since they don't have all that many years left before they run out of cash, they might start looking harder. -Tony
