:) i think we'll get an answer this time. i emailed jill per buffalo, er, system administrator bob's suggestion. and if we don't get an answer...we'll make general nuisances of ourselves!! (which should be pretty easy, i have a lot of practice <GG>)

i think it's dumb to have a clear all messages button, but not one for individually bookmarked threads. period.
