DACQ Shareholders (cont)!

Here is Mr. Herrera's letter (retyped by me, because it won't post with "cut and paste" from my e-mail service for some reason - it took me over an hour to finally figure out what was wrong):

>>Dear Ms. Lamphear:

Concerning your email dated Nov 26, we are trying to understand how DACQ operation works in Bolivia. So far we can tell you the following:

1) Chojnacota is an existing mine, but at this point, we don't know if it is fully operational.

2) The following person will be able to inform you about DACQ activities in Bolivia: Mr. Terry Turner, phone 591-232 4919 (in Bolivia).

3) Fernando Pero, the owner of BT&S, informed us that DACQ was unable or didn't want to close the acquisition of BT&S; the deal mentioned in your email never took place.

4) Fernando Pero's phone is: 591-5260941 but he didn't seem too happy to talk about DACQ.

If you need more help in your research, we will be very happy to help you, but we also need more information to go forward.

Sincerely,

Enrique Herrera<<

That's all I know from Bolivia, as I have not heard from him again since I e-mailed him my appreciation for his work on my behalf. However, after a phone call to the Utah Commerce Department, I did learn that DACQ has involuntarily ceased doing business in that state, effective December first. An immediate call to a lawyer friend helped me understand that it may only be a matter of a late financial report filing or a missed payment. (Not too hard to understand for DACQ!) However, had I posted that information on SI, many investors may have been misled into selling their position without waiting for further information.

All of this said, I again want to apologize for any undue concern my actions may have caused you. That certainly was not my intent.

-Pam
