"The bible has been proven correct, with 100% pinpoint accuracy, over and over again. You want specific examples, I'll give them too you."
Please, there may have been enough to 'prove' it to you, but there is no empirical evidence that Christ raised from the dead, that there was a virgin birth, that JC walked on water, that heaven and hell exist, that saying some magic words are the keys to eternal life, that humans even have a soul. I don't really care if some old codger built a boat when his part of the world flooded, and took his barnyard along with him. Why would you need faith if there was proof?
"You did not waste one second studying the bible"
In the context of satisfying myself that it was a fairy tale, you are correct.
"Barbara, why don't we go over troubling parts of the bible you studied, to see if we can get to the bottom of them."
Nah. Let's not and say we did. I told you, I'm satisfied with my conclusions. Seriously, I'd appreciate it if you didn't reply to me again. I'm not sure how I got involved in this thread, and I really have no use for it. I'll leave you and your fellow fanatics to argue how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.
So long now,
