I will tell you who ignited this rally. It was the Japanese financial ministry using public money to buy future contracts on Nikkei and subsequent short covering rallies. Why did they do it? Over the weekend, Trader Bob Rubin twisted Miyazawa's arm in no uncertain terms. The fact that Bob Rubin and and his Goldman Sachs buddies are dying to cash out has nothing to do with it....

NOT!!!!!!!!!!!

I tell ya, you better not stand between these greedy SOB's and their pots of gold.
