Lee, re:find it also strange that ML continues to cry about a slowing economy since they've had this same story since Jan.'98. Hmmm... I find it strangely refreshing, although I haven't tracked their advice closely. On the surface, it looks like a consultative approach, versus selling paper? IMO, it beats another house that is hellbent on liquidating the partnership... if it's so good, why dilute it? <g> Best to you, Alan
