Can you confirm that sale? I can find the Form 114 but no Form 4. When I talked with Colleen this morning, she did not know if Reynolds had sold any of those formerly restricted shares. He filed a 114 intent, but the last time Colleen talked with him about it, which was last week, he had not sold. I just called her and she is going to try and get ahold of Reynolds and get back to me. I will post what I find out. What I know now is that Reynolds has not taken any salary from NSKY for 10 years and has two boys going to Duke. He may have needed the money at this time for personal reasons. He still has, I believe, 8 to 10 million non-restricted shares he has not filed any Form 114 on, so he has no current intention of selling any more. I know if I needed some cash, I certainly would take pay rather than go into debt. To me, it's a non issue. But I'll try and get you an answer.
