No privacy issue here at all! Not when a harm has been alleged in a Complaint to have been done. The court has and can force identification so the alleged wrong doer can be brought before it to answer a complaint. One cannot hide behind anonymity while publishing slanderous and false statements if the entity that believes it has been harmed demands a trial.
