In any non-utility application such as hospitals there will always be trained Power Engineers needed to operate any stationary power generators along with the Boilers for steam and hot water. There are some Occupational Health and Safety guidlines for the qualification of the personal, operating large scale plant facilities. Of course you don't need to be a power engineer to operate your home water heater. CL >>> Mike: For there to be any market for stationary power fuel cells for non-utility applications they all, regardless of type, have to be black boxes that operate without any trained staff. The user need not know or care what is in them or what temperature they are operating at internally, the only question is, can they do the job: provide reliable electric power in an economic fashion. <<<
