Hi Chief!

I suspect that the TSE at least called FM to see what was going on. As far as insider information goes, I would hazard another guess that there was none. I believe that SUF is too concerned about security to let that happen.

What I believe happened is that FM who did an evaluation of SUF a few weeks back, decided that it was a great buy. FM in turn started looking for someone to sell some large lots. This would have taken some time. The other alternative for FM would be to buy like the rest of us and they would have driven the price up.

I suspect that it was just lucky timing on their part. The downside to all this, is that with as many shares as they now have, they will be able to control the action, at least for awhile.

Just my two cents.
