Companies such as Mercedes Benz are ISO 9001 certified. One time on "60 Minutes" (I think - or one of those type shows), they toured a Mercedes plant. Across the whole width of the plant they had hung a banner under the ceiling saying "We're ISO 9001 Certified". Do you think they'd do that if they weren't proud of that fact?
