Skeeter {I hope you don't mind me calling you Skeeter instead of Bug} thanks for the well thought out post. You could be right about a bear market but would you feel we are still in one if the S&P breaks back above 1050 in this rally? I say if it does, then we are probably either out of a bear market or were never in one. Of course, if you concentrate small caps and specifically small cap technology in one portfolio as you apparently do then you are bound to feel that we are in a bear market. You accepted the greater risk and no doubt will enjoy the greater reward when that area of the market turns bullish. I agree with Jim S., hang out here. Your comments are valid. Jeff
