Maedel's newsletter is dumping one third of Napier. Too many (6.3 million) shares become free-floating this October. Also, another 4.1 million shares will also be free trading (from warrants exercisable at low .20's - .40's after October 1, '98).
That's a large overhang. Expect a fall in share price now! I'll be buying if it hits $1.

Let's hope some phenomenal news can offset these "fundamentally" depressing facts.
