Ian, Again, I agree in theory. However, barring a protracted downturn(even worse than is currently in the cards), I don't think many equips will need to worry. This sector is one of the best capitalized with incredible balance sheets given the current market envionment. That is not to say there wil not be cos. in need of a marriage partner, but IMO it will be a small number. BK
