I wish you would get your facts straight. The above statement is incorrect.

I am really tired of this entire argument. I wish you would study up a little. You would find that any company that files a lawsuit as in your example may be shorted with impunity.

Exactly what is your motive in posting on this thread? Is it an attempt to shut up those who have exposed some of the pump and dumps operating on the market? Do you get a kick out of disrupting a thread with off topic babble? I suggested you go back to the 8/19 time frame and read the argument we had on this topic then. It pretty much covers it all.

Oh, BTW, I'm pretty sure the SEC is mostly concerned with people that are pumping up their worthless stocks on the 'net. But as long as there are people taking people for millions of dollars selling shares in a time machine company and the like, I doubt they're going to take the time to challenge the Constitution and people's right to post their opinions on an opinion thread.
