Doug,
I have just been given the the opportunity to offer a buy out of IPM to the share holders, in my estimation it would cost some where between .08 cents to .25 cents per share according to how many shares were represented in the buy out.Only represented shares would own IPM, any shares not represented in the buy out would loose all of there shares. This amount per share would pay off the debt and leave enough money to prove up IPM dirt to a point where we would be able to get the money needed to continue. This would happen only in the case IPM went into chapter 7. The amount of money offered would have to satisfy the court.

I need some feed back on this offer, IPM thread will work for all comments, time is short.
