Ahhhh, where's your response to the astonishing news that AZNT's suit has only JUST BEEN FILED? Sorry to break this to you, and to everyone else, but lawsuits don't get heard twice in Federal court, except on appeal. So what was all that stuff about the 120 page document, the "decision"???

We're now informed that this case has yet even to be tried, much less decided.
