My friend. i guess from where you are "sitting-at" and "looking-back" at me, then i must seem pretty (very) stupid to you. i suppose that i cannot really blame you for thinking of me like that simply because of the fact that you do not really know anything at all about me. the truth is that i bought almost all (90%) of my shares (of "ADGI") quite a few MONTHS AGO and - AT THE TIME THAT I BOUGHT MY SHARES OF STOCK - there was NOT ANY of this "unhappiness" going-on with this company. as i recall, there was a meeting going to be held in NYC in a few weeks just AFTER i bought the majority of my shares of stock - i believe that this was back in February. anyway, the stock took a pretty good "jump" UP right after i bought my shares and i just sort-of "forgot" about the company after that. i suppose that must sound really "crazy" (bizarre - stupid - incomprehensible) to you, but, again, i really believe that is simply because you do not understand what kind of a stock investor i am. please allow me to try to enlighten you. i invest very - VERY!! - heavily in the stock market!! i am presently invested in over sixty (60) different companies. my "average" investment in each of these companies is for at least one-hundred-thousand (100,000) shares - some of them for a LOT MORE!! i really do try to keep "tabs" on all of them as often as i can, but obviously with this one (1) ("ADGI") it seems as though i have failed miserably. anyway, i'm sorry to have to keep-on seeming to be so stupid to you, but i still have NOT been told about what EXACTLY the CEO - or other management "type" people - have SPECIFICALLY done to this company to cause so much anger to be manifested on this board and what your SOURCES OF INFORMATION are to really SUBSTANTIATE that all of these accusations are, in fact, correct!! i get "yelled" at a lot and i get called a lot of quite unpleasant names, but none of that really answers any of my questions. i would still like to get some - calm - factual - UNemotional - answers to my questions about what the management of this company actually did to cause the shares of this company to become so "horribly" diluted. take care, my friend.
