Thanks for the URL ... As you know, this is exactly what we have been
discussing over on the Intel "private thread". You are correct that
the reduction in poly linewidth coupled with implant changes (SD compensation,
HALO, and Silicon pre-amorphization) have once again boosted Intel's
.25um process performance.

BTW, the part of the announcement that I liked most --> "It will be priced
at $710 in quantities of 1,000 when purchased in a mobile module, which
includes the processor and other components such as a voltage regulator,
or $637 for a minicartridge, which has fewer components, allowing it to fit
into notebooks as thin as 1 inch."
