Jeff,
What i am proposing is this, an opportunity for ALL OF THE SHARE HOLDERS OF IPM that would care to take a chance to save their investment for an additional investment of maybe .10 cents a share. Anyone who don't want to invest is free to simply not invest however in this life there are no free rides so, anyone not reinvesting will simply no longer be a share holder.the company will no longer be IPM. If this offer was not made and IPM goes into chapter 7 , all share holders will loose all of their shares.
Any former share holders are welcome to invest also.
I have heard also that aurick is still claiming that their .25 assays were good and are proving that at this moment.
