You may be right about Wexler - but this does not give him the privilege of saying
that company's and their managements have perpetrated fraud unless he has facts
to support such allegations.


True as far as it goes, and if he is ever taken into court I do hope for his sake he has said facts at the ready.

However, he is under no obligation to provide a full accounting for said facts, on demand, on any Internet message board where someone might choose to "call him out".
