Zeev, This is just being started, first i have to see if there is a chance for this to succeed. The estimated money needed to pay off the debt. and leave enough money to prove up the property to the point where money would be available from the out side is $ 1,250,000.00. $ 500,000.00 to pay off the debt and $ 750,000.00 to prove the property.
