Falstaff and Kerry - Thanks for your clarification on ISO 9001. Sounds like it's still better to have it than not have it though. Regarding the message filter, I'll withdraw my backing on that idea. I think you're right, Kerry, that it will just cause confusion since if we delete SOME messages, others in response to those won't make sense. It seems in the last two days, I've been "annoyed" by more posters - on several threads - than usual. There's a real fight going on on one of the threads I read, and one person has been "put in SI jail". That's where the message filter idea got started - (not by me). I'll just have to avoid that thread for awhile and simmer down. Betty
