True enough, I understand that. But what really killed Bush was the recession and gridlock in Congress. If we have another recession, Clinton will be toast in the ratings. But, nothing that impacts the populus economically that is negative seems to be on the horizon. It could very well be that Clinton remains with a slightly below 50% approval rating while impeachment proceedings transpire, I dont know.
