Is it just a coincidence that Mike Gaggi, Chairman, used to be a broker at Joseph Stevens & Company? Mike was a broker of mine (thanks to him I made money on the IPO of Glasgal - now Datatec DATC). He was successful in his eyecare business (mentioned in the S-1) prior to going to Joseph Stevens & Company, and he told me he was leaving JS&Co to spend full time in Tampa on 1-800FLY4LESS. That's too many coincidences for there not to be a link.
