EKS, One reason for the price disparity may be that everyone talks about end-to-end solutions which 3Com and Cisco offer with there gear and CS and Bay don't or not as well. Maybe Steve can rant on this for us, I am far from a networking gearhead, just follow stock and industry. Matt
