I have no position in this. It was one of Gaines picks they were touting to me about last October. The rumor was that there might be a merger. Icahn was supposed to be taking a big position. I do have a couple of thou NEGX at 2 7/8 that is looking pretty sick. I can think of no good reason that I haven't dumped it. I guess I'll hold until year end and use it for tax loss. Maybe I'll get lucky in the meantime.
