Icabod, are you aware that prisoners have filed suit for, among other things, that they thought their meal was served too cold? The mere fact that a suit was filed tells me that whoever has those 4M shares absolutely refuses to give them back. Hence, until the suit is resolved years from now, AZNT has essentially confirmed there is no short squeeze.

Too bad the parties in question didn't agree ahead of time to binding arbitration to settle any disputes. If they had, this whole thing may have been resolved already.
