Hi Folks:
I'm thinking about making the 25K investment to get into Rydex funds, because I like the concept of switching between Ursa and Nova based upon which way I think the market will go. It seems more convenient than shorting stocks and then switching to long. (Overall I expect the market to go down between now and the start of the year 2000, partly because of the Y2K computer glitch.)

Anyhow, would anyone here give me advice about whether these Rydex funds are worthwhile? Are they "user friendly?" Any warnings I, as a fairly small-time investor, should know about? Any better alternatives? Feel free to post on this thread or e-mail me directly.

Thanks in advance!

Ray
